So we have hit a snag. Apparently there is this thing called a pre-existing condition clause which means we can not see the doctor in St. Louis until after December 27!!!!!! Im soooo upset and devastated but Blue Cross said there may be a way out of it. If I can prove I had prior coverage and I have beyond a shadow of a doubt a medical neccessity for going to St. Louis then they may consider either shortening the clause or removing it completely. So what it all boils down to is that we can either get help in a month or two or we may have to wait 7 or more months before we can even begin the process. When we went on the 8th I left with such hope and I couldnt wait to start having tests run and just begin to even talk about the possibilities and now I feel like we are farther away than ever from becoming the parents we long to be. Ive tried to be brave throughout this whole ordeal but now its becoming hard to hold onto any hope. Everytime I get a little glimmer something seems to blow it out. I know 7 months isnt that long but to me it seems like an eternity when we’ve been put on hold for so long. Please pray that God will work this out to His will and whatever the decision is that I will be able to handle it.
TIMBER!!!
50 MPH Winds Buffet Du Quoin–High Winds on Sunday contributed to the toppling of this huge hackberry tree just off East Poplar Street in Du Quoin. The tree is located alongside the alley behind the Mr. and Mrs. Adam Lewis home at 516 East Poplar. . The couple was not home at the time, but the couple believes it came down sometime between 10 a.m. and noon on Sunday as high winds continued to buffet the Du Quoin area. The National Weather Service says winds clocked at upwards of 50 mph began about 3 a.m. Sunday morning and continued well into the day. Dozens of trees in the Du Quoin area were broken off. Some houses suffered roof shingle and siding damage. There were no injuries. Will Meadows, age 4 1/2, shows how big the base of the tree is after it fell. John H. Croessman Photo. Yes that is my 150-200 ft tall tree laying across my entire back yard. Im am so upset because it was my favorite tree and provided 80% of the shade to the back yard. The little boy in the picture does not do the depth of the tree justice. What you dont see is down into the crater. I took a picture of Adam down in it. He could have stood himself on his shoulders and still not come to the top of the roots! Ill post the picture and others once I get them developed! Even though its makes me sick to think about it could have been much worse. If it had fallen to the side we would no longer have a home. If it had fallen backwards it would have taken down the power lines and two houses along with it. Gods hand must have guided it to the ground because no structural damage was done other than to the new fence Adam just put up! We also found out today that we are not going to have to pay to have it removed, which is a huge blessing considering it probably would have cost $1000+ out of pocket. The city of DuQuoin said that the tree was on their property so they are taking care of the whole thing! So even though Im sad over losing the tree, Im grateful for how God showed provision over us through the whole event.

SINGLE BLACK FEMALE seeks male companionship, ethnicity unimportant. I’m a very good girl who LOVES to play. I love long walks in the woods, riding in your pickup truck, hunting, camping and fishing trips, cozy winter nights lying by the fire. Candlelight dinners will have me eating out of your hand. I’ll be at the front door when you get home from work, wearing only what nature gave me. Call (404) 875-6420 and ask for Daisy, I’ll be waiting…
